It will come as no surprise to you that NAIFA’s state chapters are dealing with significant legislative and regulatory challenges in 2019, ranging from states getting into the retirement plan business to fiduciary duty proposals to single-payer health bills. Your state government relations staff at NAIFA headquarters will be in a better position to support your state advocacy efforts, and work cooperatively with our industry colleagues, if they are aware of what issues are hot, what’s not and which issues pose the biggest threats to you and your clients. To help us gather this information we are asking you to take a brief survey on what you think will be the hot issues in your state in 2020. The survey will only take a couple of minutes to complete, and the information you provide will be a big help! Please identify yourself and provide contact information in case our GR staff would like to follow-up with you.

Thank you for your help!
