Qualifications for accreditation

Regulations in Singapore require OurCrowd investors to meet certain financial criteria.
To accredit, investors must certify that they fulfill one or more of the requirements below:

You are an individual whose assets exceed in value S$2 million (or its equivalent in a foreign currency) or such other amount as the MAS may prescribe in place of the first amount.

You are an individual whose, income in the preceding 12 months is not less than S$300,000 (or its equivalent in a foreign currency) or such other amount as the MAS may prescribe in place of the first amount.
