Session Description:

In this engaging and open dialogue, attendees will hear directly from local leaders who have charted the path when it comes to using the Results-Based AccountabilityTM (RBA) framework to drive collaborative health improvement in their communities. The panel will explore lessons learned on identifying the best measures to highlight and monitor community health and program performance, using data to drive collaborative health improvement, developing the right strategies to make a difference, and more.

Steve Smith is the Henderson County Health Director, Ashly Maag is the Manager of the Community Investment Program at Mission Health, Melissa McKnight is Deputy Director of Jackson County Department of Public Health, and Joey Peele is the coordinator of Catalyst for Healthy Eating & Active Living in Rockingham County, a Foundation for Health Leadership & Innovation program. Attendees will learn about successful RBA practices and lessons learned, and will have the opportunity to ask questions.
