Challenged by the changing dynamics in supporting employee healthcare, retirement, and talent management?

Spend the morning with us for an open dialogue on the new social contract between employers and employees. Through the lens of total wellbeing — and participatory activities — we'll explore why most organizations' top priority is building a workforce today that can take on tomorrow.
Join us for lively discussions covering:
  • The new leadership contract: Thomas Chalmers and Russell Borland of Leading Figures in Scotland coach senior executives who want to achieve transformational results. As leaders, you’ll be inspired to enhance wellbeing in your organization.
  • Building a workforce today that can take on tomorrow: A team of experts from Buck will help you think about a wide array of considerations in achieving your business goals through the wants and needs of your people.
  • Total wellbeing solutions for employees: Tackle tough business challenges like: "How do we attract/retain the best talent?", "How do we motivate employees to take action?", and "How can we improve employee outcomes?" through a problem-solving activity.
  • Panelist discussion: Join a group of your peers to discuss what total wellbeing means to organizations and how to successfully implement programs that benefit your people.

Thomas Chalmers       Russell Borland

Leading Figures was founded by Thomas Chalmers and Russell Borland in 2012. They had been coaching individually beforehand but decided to join forces. They had grown their respective businesses by focusing strategically on the "people" aspect, recruiting, and developing talent to drive business success. In establishing Leading Figures their purpose is to support other businesses and organizations that wish to grow and succeed through the development of their people.

They currently work with several fund management, accountancy, legal, and consulting firms. For many of their corporate clients they provide team coaching, often interleaved with 1:1 coaching. Coaching objectives tend to be related to leadership development and enhancing team dynamics. They also work with membership bodies including the accountancy, legal, and actuarial professions, providing development programs for their members on leadership and related topics.
