Fast & Full Tips

Application / Administration - Fast & Full

  • For linked applications in Fast & Full send an email to eappadmin@empire.ca and indicate which policy numbers should be linked.
  • Include the policy number on all correspondence. Only send correspondence to the appropriate policy number, i.e. do not email the settling requirements for multiple policies in one email
  • Due to the nature of the Personal History Tele-Interview, we require a phone number for every application.
  • Ensure the client understands the process for receiving an electronic signature, let them know that sometimes the email will go to a junk or spam folder depending on their email setup.
  • When using Fast & Full the requirements are ordered by Empire Life immediately at the time of submission.
  • All Paramedical requirements: Paramedical, Blood, Urine, Vitals, Personal History Tele-Interviews, Inspection Reports, MVRs (with the exception of Alberta where the client must obtain), and APS' are ordered by Empire Life Head Office.  We offer the ability to select the vendor of choice Dynacare or ExamOne for Fast & Full Applications.  If not selected the default is Dynacare.
  • When using Fast and Full do not add in any unnecessary comments into the Special Instructions - this automatically flags the policy for a second look by an Empire Service Representative, and may cause delays.  If there is information important to the application that you wish to add please send an email quoting the policy number to insurance@empire.ca.
